  • I’ve never danced before and I’m worried I have "no rhythm." Can I still join?
    Absolutely. This is exactly why we use English lyrics. Most people struggle with Bellydance because they are trying to interpret music in a language they don't understand. By using lyrics you recognize, the rhythm becomes intuitive. If you can follow a story, you can follow the dance!
  • I have chronic back/neck pain. Is Bellydance safe for me?
    Yes — in fact, it might be exactly what you need. Because I hold a degree in Sport Rehabilitation, my classes are designed with anatomical precision. We focus on rhythmic trunk stabilization and pelvic mobility, which are clinically proven to reduce lower back pain and improve posture. I will show you how to move in a way that protects your joints while strengthening your core.
  • Is this class only for women?
    No. Fun-Tastic Bellydance is radically inclusive. We welcome all genders, ages, and body types. Dance is a human right and a universal tool for health. Our "tribe" is built on mutual respect and the shared joy of movement.
  • What should I wear to my Bellydance class?
    Comfort is key! Wear something you can move freely in — Bellydance practice wear or simple leggings and a comfortable top are perfect. You don't need a hip scarf to start, but if you have one, bring it! We usually dance in socks or barefoot to stay grounded and feel the floor. If you feel like a real Diva on the day - you can even wear more fancy outfit with lots of sparkling dance jewellery. Anything that makes you happy and makes you enjoy the vibe even more!
  • How are individual lessons different from group classes?
    While group classes are about the "amazing vibe" and community energy, individual lessons are a VIP experience. We can focus specifically on your goals — whether that’s preparing a gorgeous performance or mastering a specific skill with my full "Triple Threat" attention on you - technique, musicality and safety.
  • What exactly is "Vibration Therapy" in Bellydance?
    In our classes, we utilize high-frequency "shimmies." From a physiological standpoint, these vibrations stimulate lymphatic drainage (helping your body detox) and activate the Vagus nerve, which signals your nervous system to move from "stress" to "calm." It’s a biological reset hidden inside a dance move.
